• Work closely with engineering teams: Collect, organize, and consolidate technical information for product and system development.
• Keep processes on track: Ensure that the team complies with customer processes and continuously improves them.
• Develop and maintain databases: Build searchable systems that capture experiences, best practices, and engineering methods.
• Structure documentation: Make sure technical documentation is logically stored and easily reusable.
• Review and update: Keep the knowledge management system accurate and relevant.
• Develop tools: Assist in creating resources to improve the efficiency of engineering processes.
• Promote knowledge sharing: Organize workshops and training sessions to encourage knowledge exchange within the team.
• Support projects: Provide information and resources to enable quick decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally: Ensure consistent documentation and information exchange between teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders and customers.

• You have a degree in engineering or a related field (preferably a master’s).
• You have proven experience in systems engineering or similar technical roles with a focus on knowledge management.
• You are familiar with database and documentation tools.
• You have strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively with different teams.
• You have knowledge of engineering design processes and standards.
• You enjoy working in a team and see mutual support and collaboration as a given.
• You take a proactive approach, driving ideas and solutions forward independently.
• You work autonomously and are confident in taking ownership of your tasks and results.
• You have excellent Dutch and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, you also have knowledge of German.
