- Electronic Design Ownership: Take full responsibility for the design and development of complex PCBAs.
- Architecture Implementation: Convert system architecture into schematics and BOM.
- Simulation & Validation: Perform signal integrity simulations and validate designs through lab testing.
- Documentation: Ensure all design documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaboration: Work closely with layout specialists and cross-functional teams.
- Quality Assurance: Apply “Design for EMC” principles and ensure compliance with signal integrity standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders and customers.

- You have a completed degree (at least Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) or higher
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role, having led multiple full PCBA development cycles
- You have experience designing PCBAs with high-speed signals and interfaces
- You are familiar with guiding layout processes and working with layout specialists
- You have proven experience in signal integrity simulation and implementation
- You understand board-level constraints and external interface transitions (e.g., connector transitions & S-parameter compositions)
- You apply “Design for EMC” principles effectively
- You are confident in validating designs using simulations and lab equipment
- You live in the Netherlands or nearby
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch.
