- Promote Teamwork: Collaborate closely with your colleagues and share technical expertise.
- Take Responsibility: Plan and execute tasks in electronic hardware development projects.
- Design High-Speed Circuits: Develop PCBAs with a focus on high-speed signal design and modern interface technologies.
- Simulate and Validate: Perform signal integrity simulations and validate performance against design requirements.
- Manage Constraints: Define and apply constraint management strategies for board layout and routing.
- Work with Interfaces: Design and analyze connector interfaces using S-parameter models.
- Ensure EMC Compliance: Integrate electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles into your design process.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate both internally and externally, and collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders and customers.

- You hold a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related technical field.
- You have hands-on experience in PCB design and high-speed signal development.
- You are familiar with signal integrity simulation tools and validation methods.
- You understand constraint management and its impact on board performance.
- You have knowledge of connector technologies and S-parameter analysis.
- You incorporate EMC requirements into your design thinking.
- You enjoy working in a team and see mutual support and collaboration as a given.
- You take a proactive approach, driving ideas and solutions forward independently.
- You work autonomously and are confident in taking ownership of your tasks and results.
- You have excellent Dutch and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ideally, you also have knowledge of German.
